| The vision of the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University is to be one of the best known for its leadership in the regional and international levels in engineering education and scientific research, through unique academic programs and specializations that meet the needs of the society and contribute to the sustainable development. | The mission of the Faculty is to develop distinguished graduates that are able to keep abreast of the technological development in various disciplines, which fulfill the needs of the local and regional markets. These graduates are able to accomplish scientific and applied research, through the creation of the favorable environment for the faculty members and their assistants and students, the provision of advanced educational programs in the undergraduate and graduate levels, in addition to the continuing education, and the establishment of consulting centers and advanced research labs that participate in the community services and meet their needs. |
